- • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- • You own the content you upload. You give VizID permission to display it on your profile.
- • Be honest, respectful, and follow our Community Guidelines.
- • You can delete your account and content at any time.
- • We may remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules.
- • VizID is provided "as is" while we grow — we work hard to keep it reliable.

1. Who can use VizID
You must be at least 16 years old to create a VizID account. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to accept these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, photos, videos, credentials, and recommendations you upload. You grant VizID a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content solely for the purpose of operating your profile and the platform.
You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload and that your content does not violate anyone else's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, harass other users, or upload illegal content.
5. Recommendations & verifications
Recommendations submitted through VizID are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may remove recommendations that appear fraudulent, coerced, or that violate these terms.
6. Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by emailing our contact form. Some records may be retained where required by law or to preserve the integrity of recommendations others have shared.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or pose a risk to the platform. When practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to respond.
8. Disclaimers
VizID is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the platform reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on content you find on VizID.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VizID and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we'll let you know in the product or by email before the changes take effect.
