Community Guidelines
VizID is a place to showcase real skills and real accomplishments. These guidelines keep it welcoming, honest, and safe for everyone.
Respect
Treat every builder, reviewer, and organization the way you'd want to be treated.
Authenticity
Only share work you actually did. Only claim credentials you actually earned.
No harassment
Bullying, threats, targeted attacks, or unwanted contact are not allowed.
No hate speech
Content that attacks people based on identity has no home here.
No scams
No fake job offers, phishing, or attempts to trick other users.
No impersonation
Don't pretend to be someone else or claim credentials that aren't yours.
No illegal content
Anything that breaks the law — including exploitative content — is banned.
Professional behavior
Build a portfolio a family member, teacher, or employer would be proud of.
What happens if guidelines are broken
Reported content is reviewed by our team. Depending on the situation we may:
- Remove the content in question.
- Warn the account owner and explain what needs to change.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently ban accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations.
