Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel at any time through Manage Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that period unless a refund or a legally required exception ends it earlier. No additional renewal charge occurs after a properly completed cancellation.

Builder content remains saved after access ends, but the VizID is no longer publicly available unless eligible access is restored.

Reactivation restores the same VizID link when permitted by the existing billing and entitlement rules.

Deleting an account is separate from canceling a subscription.
